The EDS and HSD field is undergoing a major international update. The new diagnostic framework is scheduled for publication on 1 December 2026, replacing the previous diagnostic criteria. A further publication focused on best-practice care and management pathways is planned for March 2027. This project will keep older pages visibly dated and re-review affected information when the new publications appear, rather than silently mixing old and new guidance.
